Physical Literacy
Educare Centres
Physical literacy in early childhood is about equipping children with the essential movement skills and confidence they need to engage in physical activities. By fostering an environment rich in play and exploration, we help children reach critical physical milestones, such as running, jumping, and balancing. These foundational skills not only support their physical health but also contribute to their cognitive, social, and emotional development, setting them up for a lifetime of active living.
